Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, systems design, data modeling, and hands-on coding. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week onsite in Sunrise, FL. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality Python code.
- Design and implement scalable systems and data models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Technical Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional Python development experience.
- Expertise in systems design, data modeling, and hands-on coding in Python.
- Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL (Postgres, MySQL) and NoSQL (Couchbase).
- Strong SQL or NoSQL knowledge is essential.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like React (or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript) is a plus, with a willingness to learn React.
- Experience with Go language is considered a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Python software development stacks and ecosystems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role: 3 days per week onsite in Sunrise, FL.
- Candidates must be able to work onsite but no relocation assistance is provided.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
