Position Summary: Senior Python & Java Developer
iTechEdge is looking for a seasoned Senior Developer with over 8 years of experience to join our team onsite in Middletown, NJ. This role is tailored for a polyglot programmer who excels in both Python and Java environments, with a specific focus on high-performance networking and workflow orchestration. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of scalable backend systems that handle complex data flows and network-layer interactions.
Technical Requirements and Core Competencies
- Python Mastery: Extensive experience building robust, scalable applications using Python, focusing on backend logic and data processing.
- Java Integration: Strong proficiency in Java development, ensuring seamless integration between different microservices and legacy systems.
- Workflow Orchestration: Hands-on experience with Temporal workflow is highly valued, as it will be used to manage long-running, reliable business processes.
- Networking Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4 networking protocols. This knowledge is essential for developing applications that interact directly with network infrastructure.
- System Architecture: Ability to design and implement complex software architectures that are both resilient and maintainable.
