Job Role: Python or Applied ML Engineer (Hybrid RAG, NLQ)

We are looking for a talented Python or Applied Machine Learning Engineer to join a technologically advanced team. This role is crucial for developing and enhancing Contact Center Insights platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the banking contact center technology landscape and be adept at creating creative, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance Contact Center Insights platforms using Python and Applied ML.
  • Integrate existing capabilities with proprietary system builds.
  • Leverage data science and applied ML techniques to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Implement Hybrid RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and NLQ (Natural Language Query) solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of developed solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science.
  • Contribute to the technical roadmap and strategy for the Contact Center Insights platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Python Developer or Applied ML Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
  • Experience with RAG and NLQ technologies.
  • Familiarity with the banking contact center technology landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to develop creative and scalable solutions.
  • Experience in data analysis and deriving business insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with hybrid work environments.

Additional Information:

  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Pay Rate: $63/hr C2C
  • Interview Process: In-person Interview required.
