Role Overview: Python React Developer with AzureAI
In the rapidly advancing field of Generative AI, we are looking for a visionary Python React Developer to lead the design and delivery of full-stack applications that leverage the latest in Azure AI technologies. Based in Dallas, TX, this hybrid contract role offers the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of software engineering, where traditional full-stack development meets the power of Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that redefine user experiences through AI-driven features.
Key Responsibilities and Technical Leadership
- Full-Stack Development: Architect and develop sophisticated applications using Python (FastAPI/Flask) for the backend and React for the frontend, ensuring a seamless and responsive user interface.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of AI-driven features using Azure OpenAI and related services. You will be responsible for prompt engineering, model orchestration, and ensuring the ethical use of AI within applications.
- Mentorship and Excellence: Drive technical excellence across the team by mentoring junior engineers, conducting thorough code reviews, and establishing best practices for modern software development.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Optimize application performance and scalability on the Azure cloud platform, utilizing containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes for efficient deployment.
- CI/CD and DevOps: Implement and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to ensure smooth and automated deployments across multiple environments.
- API Design: Design and integrate high-performance RESTful APIs that facilitate communication between the frontend, backend, and various AI services.
- AI Orchestration: Utilize tools like LangChain and Azure AI Foundry to build complex AI workflows and agents that can handle sophisticated tasks.
Required Skills and Frameworks
- Expert-level proficiency in Python for backend development, specifically with FastAPI or Flask.
- Deep expertise in modern frontend technologies, including React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Significant experience with Azure cloud services and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, specifically with Azure OpenAI and orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD toolsets.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and UX Designers.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
