Job Description:

We have an urgent requirement for a Python Developer with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) and Machine Learning. The role involves designing and implementing generative AI models, fine-tuning and deploying large language models (LLMs), and building robust ML applications and services using Python. You will be responsible for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment, ensuring scalability and performance. Collaboration with product, engineering, and data science teams is key to delivering innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generative AI Development: Design and implement generative AI models for text, code, and multimodal applications.
  • LLM Engineering: Fine-tune, optimize, and deploy large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama).
  • Model Training: Develop training pipelines for custom generative models and foundation model adaptation.
  • Python Development: Build robust ML applications, APIs, and services using Python and ML frameworks.
  • Prompt Engineering: Create and optimize prompts for various LLM applications and use cases.
  • Model Evaluation: Implement evaluation frameworks for generative AI model performance and safety.
  • Production Deployment: Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments with proper scaling.
  • Research & Innovation: Stay current with latest GenAI research and implement state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Data Pipeline Management: Build data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines for ML workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of GenAI, NLP, and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with ML frameworks and libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Good knowledge of public and private cloud environments (Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Dockers, Kubernetes, ELK).
  • Understanding of microservice architecture.
  • Experience with databases (SQL Server, Snowflake, SingleStore, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, consultative, and team communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Understanding of IT Standards, Methodologies, CMM audit requirements.
  • Agile experience.
  • Financial institution knowledge.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of experience.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $166,400 – $208,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Minneapolis, MN
