Job Description: QA Analyst
We are looking for a skilled QA Analyst to join our team for an on-site position in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, with a focus on automated testing and experience in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identifying delivery risks and driving mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
- Write test cases/scripts, perform test case automation, and execute tests.
- Document all problems and assist in their resolution.
- Collect and analyze data for software process evaluation and improvements, integrating them into business processes.
- Perform quality audits across IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures, and methodologies are followed.
- Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results, and test status.
- Define and execute relevant business scenarios to satisfy real-world business needs.
- Provide quality process training to technical staff and act as an internal quality consultant.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of overall QA testing experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hand-coded Python scripting experience.
- Must have automated testing experience.
- QA testing JAVA is required.
- 3+ years of Windows software QA and testing experience in an agile environment using the scrum framework.
- Experience with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Javascript, Jscript, VBScript, C#, Python).
- Experience with API testing.
- Familiarity with media planning and buying workflows and/or software systems is a plus.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with a high standard of quality.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to change.
- Experience with Jenkins, Splunk, Swagger.

- This is an on-site position in Philadelphia, PA.
- Consultants must be local to PA or NJ.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $83,200 – $93,600 per year
