Job Description

We are looking for a QA Analyst with Scrum testing experience and AI Agent expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation, API testing, and agile methodologies. Experience with AI concepts and testing non-deterministic systems is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and analyze automation tests using Selenium, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Test APIs and data integrations.
  • Validate and test AI Agent interactions, including topic and action accuracy.
  • Refine and iterate on AI Agent performance based on test results.
  • Ensure test data represents realistic user interactions.
  • Generate prompts and leverage test centers to execute them.
  • Understand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams in an onshore/offshore support model.
  • Work within an Agile (SAFe) environment.
  • Utilize Test Management tools such as Rational Tool suite and JIRA.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of overall experience.
  • 3+ years of experience developing, executing, and analyzing automation tests.
  • Hands-on experience using Selenium, Java, JavaScript.
  • Experience testing APIs and data integrations.
  • Experience in Test Automation and execution.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles. Experience working in SAFe Agile environment.
  • Experience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.
  • Experience with Test Management tools – Rational Tool suite, JIRA.
  • Should have worked on at least one AI project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce/Agentforce experience preferred.
  • Experience in testing customer support and contact center systems is a plus.
  • Health Care experience is preferred.

Special Requirements

C2C. Should have worked on at least one AI project. Salesforce/Agentforce experience preferred. Health Care experience – preferred.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)

Location: Hartford, CT
