Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with strong Playwright experience for a contract role in Sunnyvale, CA. This is a hybrid position, requiring local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Execute test cases and analyze test results to identify defects.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure product quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and automation frameworks.
- Perform regression testing and ensure the stability of the application.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
- Mandatory strong experience with Playwright for test automation.
- Experience with various testing methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work onsite in Sunnyvale, CA as required by the hybrid model.
- Local candidates to Sunnyvale, CA are preferred.
