Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Lead to join our dynamic team and spearhead our quality engineering initiatives. This role is crucial for driving quality assurance, particularly for our ongoing cloud migration programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading end-to-end QA automation strategy and execution, with in-depth knowledge of Guidewire and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive QA automation strategies.
  • Drive quality assurance efforts for critical cloud migration projects.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, development teams, and cloud infrastructure teams to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the execution of test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software releases through rigorous testing processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a QA Automation Lead or in a similar senior QA role.
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud Migration projects is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the Guidewire Testing Framework.
  • Functional and technical expertise in:
    • Guidewire ClaimCenter (GWCC) v10
    • Guidewire BillingCenter (GWBC) v10
  • Strong understanding of automation tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Good to Have

  • Experience with automation tools such as Tosca.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Playwright.
