Role Overview
GVR Infotek is looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Alpharetta, Georgia. This onsite position requires a candidate with a strong background in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of software releases through rigorous testing methodologies and automation. This role demands a genuine candidate with a valid visa who is already local to the Georgia area. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values technical excellence and business savvy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test scenarios and end-user test scripts to validate that new functionality performs as designed.
- Leverage the Tosca automation platform to create, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
- Perform thorough regression testing and manage the build process for various applications to ensure stability across releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex business requirements into actionable system and end-user test cases.
- Document software defects in detail and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution and verification of fixes.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding installation issues, software defects, and quality metrics.
- Participate in the assembly and building of software project plans, providing accurate estimates for testing efforts.
- Ensure all software releases meet strict quality standards and documentation requirements before deployment to production.
Technical Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a QA/UAT Analyst or QA Engineering role (Mid-level expertise required).
- Proven expertise with the Tosca automation platform is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce environments and experience performing quality assurance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with various testing tools and methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Ability to perform builds and manage application deployment cycles effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, MIS, or a related technical field.

The candidate must demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think outside the box to identify edge cases and ensure thorough testing. Excellent time management is essential, as the role involves meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple competing priorities. Candidates must be willing to work flexible or extended hours when necessary to coordinate with global stakeholders or manage critical migrations. The interview process includes a Skype screening followed by a mandatory Face-to-Face (F2F) interview in Alpharetta.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $145,000 per year (Estimated)
