Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in Automation and Functional testing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Mortgage Servicing and ERP/CRM Testing. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our complex systems and driving continuous improvements in our testing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive functional, regression, and API testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using modern frameworks, with a preference for Playwright.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Manage the defect lifecycle, including reporting, tracking, and verifying bug fixes.
- Contribute to test planning and strategy development to ensure efficient and thorough testing coverage.
- Work with ERP/CRM testing scenarios to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform for testing or related tasks, if applicable.
- Ensure all testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 6-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles.
- Mandatory experience in Mortgage Servicing.
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM Testing.
- Experience with Automation Testing (Playwright preferred).
- Strong understanding of Functional, API, and Regression Testing methodologies.
- Experience with Defect Management and Test Planning.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
