Job Title: Agentforce QA Engineer (Salesforce AI & Automation Testing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce, AI, and Automation Testing to join our team. This is an onsite position located in Durham, NC.

  • Relevant QA Experience: 5-8 Years (Salesforce / AI / Automation Testing)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce Testing:
  • Strong experience testing Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Knowledge of Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Experience with Salesforce deployments and release cycles.
  • AI & Agentforce Expertise:
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Experience with Einstein Bots or other conversational AI platforms.
  • Understanding of AI agents and decision logic.
  • Understanding of autonomous workflows.
  • Experience with prompt testing techniques.
  • QA & Tools:
  • Experience in manual and automation testing.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of REST API testing for integrations.

Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
