Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled QA Lead to provide quality assurance leadership for the migration of 232 internal eForms from legacy Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.3 (on-premise) to AEM 6.5 on Adobe Managed Services (AMS) for TxDOT. The QA Lead will be instrumental in developing and executing the overall testing strategy for AEM Forms applications, ensuring that migrated forms maintain functional parity with the legacy environment while meeting stringent accessibility, security, performance, and integration standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy and execution for AEM Forms migration from AEM 6.3 to AEM 6.5 on Adobe Managed Services (AMS).
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated/manual testing strategies for AEM Forms applications.
- Validate the successful migration of XDP/PDF forms into HTML Forms or Adaptive Forms.
- Ensure existing business logic, workflows, and integrations are accurately preserved during the migration process.
- Test Adobe Sign integrations where implemented.
- Validate Document of Record (DOR) generation functionality.
- Verify support for downloadable PDF versions of forms.
- Ensure all migrated forms meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility compliance standards.
- Perform thorough security testing, performance testing, and integration testing.
- Identify, track, and manage defects, coordinating remediation efforts with development teams.
- Collaborate effectively with development, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure the quality delivery of migrated forms.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of experience executing tests of AEM Forms applications.
- 8+ years of experience executing tests of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms.
- Proven experience testing Adaptive Forms and HTML forms.
- Demonstrated experience testing Adobe Sign integrations.
- Experience validating Document of Record (DOR) generation.
- Experience performing security, performance, and integration testing.
- Experience validating WCAG accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.x standards).
- Experience supporting enterprise web application testing and QA leadership.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
