Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead / Software Tester to drive end-to-end testing strategy and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. This is an onsite contract position located in Richmond, VA, with a duration of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution.
- Manage functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate effectively with development, business, and stakeholder teams.
- Handle defect tracking, reporting, and ensure release readiness.
- Establish and maintain QA standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in Software Testing / QA.
- At least 2 years in a QA/Test Lead role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proven experience with test management and automation tools.
- Demonstrated experience in UAT and stakeholder management.
- Healthcare domain experience is preferred but not mandatory.
