Job Title: QA Manual with POS Experience
We are seeking a skilled QA Manual Tester with specific experience in Point of Sale (POS) systems. This is a critical role where a deep understanding of POS functionalities and testing methodologies is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for POS systems.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product features and specifications.
- Provide detailed reports on testing progress and outcomes.
- Ensure the POS system meets all business requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a QA Manual Tester.
- Mandatory: Extensive experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems. Profiles without POS experience will not be considered.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to design and execute test cases effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
- Familiarity with different testing types (functional, regression, etc.).
Additional Information:
- Location: Michigan (Local candidates only).
- Employment Type: C2C Contract.
- Rate: $45 – $48 per hour.
- Visa: Any visa is acceptable (no fake GCs).
- Prime Vendor: Scigon.
