Role Overview: QE Test Architect
Siri InfoSolutions Inc. is looking for a visionary QE Test Architect to lead our Quality Engineering initiatives for a long-term, remote engagement. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience in test automation and at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity. You will be responsible for defining the testing strategy for enterprise-scale applications, integrating advanced DevOps practices, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software in a cloud-native environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the Enterprise QA strategy, focusing on shift-left testing and continuous quality improvement.
- Architect and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
- Lead the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment cycles.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QE teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment to align testing goals with business objectives.
- Oversee cloud-native testing strategies, ensuring application performance and security in distributed environments.
- Evaluate and implement emerging testing tools and technologies to enhance automation efficiency.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improving system testability and reliability.
Technical Requirements
- 11+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation.
- 3+ years of experience in a Test Architect or Enterprise QA Leadership role.
- Deep expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native testing methodologies.
- Hands-on programming proficiency in Java or Python.
- Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and modern DevOps operating models.
- Proven track record of designing scalable automation frameworks from scratch.
Work Environment & Engagement
This is a long-term contract position offered at a rate of $63/hr on a C2C basis. The role is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while contributing to high-impact projects. Compensation & Location
Salary: $131,040 – $155,000 per year
