Role: Qlik Dashboard Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Qlik Dashboard Engineer to join a major dashboard migration project and support internal customers with dashboard creation and updates. This IT professional will specialize in developing and maintaining Qlik dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop dashboards from scratch or using templates in Qlik Sense and Qlik Cloud.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, iterate on dashboard prototypes, and deliver polished analytics solutions.
  • Validate, test, and support deployed dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and user satisfaction.
  • Document all processes and assist in training and acclimation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience with Qlik Sense and Qlik Cloud dashboard development.
  • Experience using SQL and writing complex queries.
  • Solid understanding of dashboard and report design principles, and data visualization best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with end users to deliver actionable analytics.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience migrating dashboards from on-premise to cloud environments is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of database schema concepts, especially Fact and Dimension tables.

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract position for 6+ months.
  • The candidate should be based in Austin and will be required to work 3 days a week in the Cedar Park office (Hybrid).
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future (USC/GC).
  • Willingness to meet for resume review/feedback after submission.

Special Requirements

USC/GC required. Hybrid work model (3 days onsite in Cedar Park office).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
