Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Qlik Developer with Data Analyst experience to join our team. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Qlik Cloud reports and dashboards.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Python (or similar languages).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver insights.
- Analyze data in Excel spreadsheets for reporting and decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Qlik development and data analysis.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis and reporting processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in Qlik Cloud report development.
- Strong data analysis skills using SQL.
- Experience with data analysis using Python or similar programming languages.
- Proficiency in analyzing data within Excel spreadsheets.
- Mandatory experience in the Pharma or Health Insurance payer industry (e.g., Aetna, Cigna, Elevance, HCSC).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Dallas, TX, requiring 3 days per week in the office. The role is with Expion Health, a leader in the healthcare industry.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $85 per year (Estimated)
