Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Quadient CCM Developer to join our dynamic team in Cary, NC. This role is critical for organizations looking to modernize their customer communications management (CCM) strategies. As a developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex document automation solutions that enhance the end-customer experience. This position requires a deep understanding of the Quadient Inspire suite, specifically focusing on Quadient DC and Scaler, to deliver high-quality, scalable communication templates across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated document workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer and Scaler.
- Develop complex logic and data transformations to support personalized customer correspondence.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements for letter generation and document delivery.
- Optimize existing CCM processes to improve performance and reduce processing time.
- Ensure all communications meet brand standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Quadient environment.
- Maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions and workflows.
Technical Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Quadient DC and Quadient Scaler.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer correspondence applications and document generation.
- Proficiency in Quadient Designer for creating sophisticated document templates.
- Strong understanding of data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV for integration purposes.
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development framework.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex logic requirements.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $135,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
