Job Description: Quadient Developers

We are looking for experienced Quadient Developers to join our team for a hybrid role in Newark, NJ. This is a contract position.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, and ICM for developing customer communications.
  • Theoretical/practical understanding of Inspire Scaler.
  • Creating communications using Tickets through Quadient Interactive.
  • Guiding business content authors/users towards ticketing experience.
  • Understanding of ADA and developing ADA-compliant correspondences.
  • Experience with Application Interfaces, Design Thinking, and understanding of APIs and Microservices.
  • Knowledge of Java scripts.
  • Certification on Quadient is a plus.
  • Understanding of Integrations with Linux and Windows Systems.
  • Migration of versions from lower to higher versions.
  • Design, Configure, Develop, and Support Quadient applications.
  • Using agile methodologies, partner with product owners to understand business needs, gather requirements, and develop solutions to deliver the desired customer experience.
  • Work/aid towards QA/UAT/Performance Testing and perform production tech checkouts.
  • Should be ready to jump in and resolve incidents from production if any.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Quadient Developer.
  • Strong understanding of Quadient Inspire suite (Designer, Interactive, ICM).
  • Experience with API, Microservices, and Java scripts.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Systems integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • Education details to be provided by candidate.
