About the Role:
We are expanding our US presence and looking for a talented Quality Engineer who is passionate about automation and curious about AI-driven testing. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality software releases and explore cutting-edge testing techniques.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and offshore QE team members to deliver high-quality releases.
- Explore and apply AI-based testing tools and techniques to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Participate in test planning, defect analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across time zones and cultures to keep the team aligned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in automation testing (tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
- Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts applied to testing (even if it’s just hands-on experimentation or pilot projects).
- Solid understanding of software testing fundamentals and agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team.
Bonus Points:
- If you have some understanding of bond markets, you’ll have an edge in understanding our domain better.
- Familiarity with financial services domain is a plus but not required.
