Position Summary: Senior Quality Engineer (Marketing Technology)

Rwaltz is looking for a seasoned Quality Engineer with a deep specialization in the Marketing Domain to join our team in Goodlettsville, TN. This onsite, long-term contract role is focused on supporting and enhancing modern digital marketing platforms. As a Quality Engineer, you will be the guardian of performance, reliability, and user experience across a suite of web, mobile, and data-driven customer touchpoints. This is a high-impact role where your work directly affects the digital journey of millions of customers.

Core Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end quality assurance for digital web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Validate complex content structures, personalization logic, and customer journeys within the Adobe ecosystem.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust manual and automated testing strategies tailored for marketing technology stacks.
  • Perform rigorous data validation and accuracy checks using Snowflake to ensure data integrity across marketing reports and triggers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Marketing Stakeholders in an Agile environment.
  • Manage defect tracking and test documentation using JIRA and XRAY.
  • Optimize testing workflows for Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Optimization (CJO).

Technical Expertise Required

The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in Quality Engineering, with a specific focus on Software Testing within the MarTech space. Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is non-negotiable. You should have a solid understanding of Snowflake architecture and be proficient in modern automation tools like Playwright. Coding proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript is required to build and maintain automated test scripts. Experience with responsive web design testing and native/hybrid mobile application testing is also essential for this role.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $115,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
