Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mobile application development and a drive to build scalable, high-performance applications. You will play a key role in developing innovative mobile solutions and enhancing user experience through modern UI practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
- Build reusable, scalable, and dynamic UI components using React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Implement UI analytics to track user behavior and improve application usability.
- Follow best practices for code quality, testing, documentation, and code reviews.
- Integrate applications with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
- Monitor application performance using tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Grafana.
- Stay updated with new technologies and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5-8 years of core software development experience.
- Strong expertise in: JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js and React Native, Redux, HTML, CSS.
- Hands-on experience building mobile apps using React Native (iOS/Android).
- Experience in developing reusable and customizable UI components.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, and code structuring.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with native iOS or Android development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
