Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced React Native Lead to spearhead our mobile application development initiatives. This role requires a strong technical background in React Native and mobile development, coupled with leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will guide the team in building high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of React Native mobile applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
  • Ensure the application is performant, responsive, and adheres to best practices.
  • Integrate with backend services and RESTful APIs.
  • Oversee the use of version control systems like Git for code management.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development.
  • Contribute to the architectural decisions for mobile applications.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Lead in React Native and mobile app development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React concepts.
  • Experience with integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Basic to good understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java).
  • Proficiency with version control tools, particularly Git.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
