Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RPA UiPath Business Analyst to join our dynamic automation team. This is a critical role where you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and our technical RPA development teams. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business process optimization, healthcare industry concepts, and the technical capabilities of the UiPath platform. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of automation requirements, from initial discovery and feasibility analysis to final user acceptance testing and production deployment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document complex business processes.
- Conduct detailed process walkthroughs to capture ‘As-Is’ states and design optimized ‘To-Be’ automated workflows.
- Author comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and provide critical input for Solution Design Documents (SDDs).
- Facilitate review sessions with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and secure formal sign-offs.
- Partner with RPA developers to ensure technical solutions align perfectly with business requirements and operational goals.
- Manage the automation backlog by creating and maintaining features, user stories, and tasks within JIRA boards.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, managing test data, and overseeing business validation.
- Provide functional training to support teams and business users on newly deployed RPA solutions.
- Ensure all projects adhere to established RPA governance standards and industry best practices.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- 10-15 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2-3 years dedicated to RPA projects using UiPath.
- Proven expertise in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio and requirement management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong familiarity with the UiPath ecosystem, including Studio, Orchestrator, Action Center, and Document Understanding.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of the automation development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and concepts is highly preferred for this specific engagement.

Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
