About the Role
We are seeking an experienced RPA Automation Engineer with expertise in AWS and Python for a banking and finance client. This is an onsite position located in Detroit, MI. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in RPA and related technologies, with a strong background in the banking and finance sector.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Utilize AWS services for automation and integration.
- Develop Python scripts to support automation workflows and data processing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation processes.
- Ensure the security and efficiency of automated processes.
- Work closely with the IT team to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.
- Document automation processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in RPA development and implementation.
- Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
- Strong experience with AWS services relevant to automation.
- Solid programming skills in Python.
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is required.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be local to or willing to relocate to the Detroit, MI area.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year (Estimated)
