Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced RPA Automation professional with a strong background in AWS and Python to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience, with a focus on the banking and finance sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using industry-leading platforms.
- Leverage AWS services for cloud-based automation and infrastructure management.
- Utilize Python for scripting, automation tasks, and integration with RPA tools.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for RPA solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA bots and processes.
- Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards within the banking and finance industry.
- Optimize existing automation workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in RPA, AWS, and Python.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT, with a significant focus on automation.
- Proven experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development and implementation.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud-based solutions.
- Experience working within the banking and finance industry.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
