Role Overview: SailPoint Identity IQ Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) Developer to join our dynamic IT security team in Dallas, TX. As organizations continue to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and cybersecurity in 2026, the role of Identity and Access Management (IAM) has become more critical than ever. This position focuses on the implementation, configuration, and customization of the SailPoint IIQ platform to ensure robust security and seamless user access across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IIQ solutions to manage user identities and access rights across various systems and applications.
- Configure and customize SailPoint IIQ components, including Access Request, Certification, Provisioning, and User Life Cycle Management processes.
- Develop and maintain complex workflows, custom rules, forms, and policies within the SailPoint environment.
- Lead application onboarding efforts, integrating diverse platforms with SailPoint IIQ using standard and custom connectors.
- Utilize web services frameworks (REST, SOAP) and related technologies such as Java, Spring, and J2EE to enhance IAM capabilities.
- Perform hands-on programming in SQL and Beanshell/JavaScript to support data integration and automation tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management and access certifications.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through effective IAM governance.
Technical Requirements and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in the implementation and administration of SailPoint Identity IQ.
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web-based technologies (Apache Tomcat, HTTP, AJAX, XML).
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and identity governance.
- Hands-on experience with SQL databases and scripting languages like Beanshell or JavaScript.
- Experience with web services integration (REST/SOAP) is essential.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year
