Position Summary
Diverse Lynx is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer for an urgent contract opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with 6 to 8 years of experience who specializes in the implementation, configuration, and customization of SailPoint IIQ solutions. You will be responsible for developing and managing complex identity governance workflows, ensuring that user access is managed efficiently and securely across the enterprise. This position requires a deep understanding of Java-based development within the SailPoint framework and the ability to integrate diverse applications into a centralized IAM platform.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including the configuration of lifecycle management processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).
- Develop and customize Access Request, Access Certification, and Provisioning workflows to meet specific business requirements.
- Create and maintain custom rules, forms, and task definitions using BeanShell and Java scripting.
- Implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models to streamline permissions and enhance security posture.
- Onboard enterprise applications and integrate them with SailPoint IIQ using REST and SOAP web services.
- Develop custom connectors for legacy or specialized systems that do not have out-of-the-box integration support.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data synchronization, reporting, and troubleshooting within the IAM database.
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting complex IAM issues and performing system upgrades or patch management.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance with security standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of IAM best practices and standards.
Required Technical Skills
- 6-8 years of overall IT experience with a significant focus on SailPoint IdentityIQ development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Apache Tomcat environments.
- Extensive experience with BeanShell and JavaScript scripting within the SailPoint IIQ platform.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including RBAC, provisioning, and identity governance.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies such as XML, HTTP, AJAX, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Advanced SQL knowledge for managing application integrations and backend data.
- Familiarity with security compliance, audit processes, and identity lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Apache Beam for data processing is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems in a production environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $145,000 – $195,000 per year (Estimated)
