About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer / IAM Engineer to support the implementation, configuration, and customization of Identity and Access Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and strong development skills in Java and Bean, along with experience integrating enterprise applications and managing identity lifecycle processes.

Candidates should be local to Dallas, TX and available to attend face-to-face client interviews and work in a hybrid on-site model (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
  • Design and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes including access requests, certifications, and provisioning.
  • Support user lifecycle management and role-based access control (RBAC) implementations.
  • Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and connectors.
  • Implement application onboarding and configure various access certification processes within SailPoint IIQ.
  • Develop integrations with enterprise systems using Java-based web services and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and optimize existing implementations.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to support IAM initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation and customization.
  • Strong development experience using Java and Bean.
  • Experience with access request, provisioning, certification, and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience implementing RBAC models and IAM workflows.
  • Strong understanding of web services and integration frameworks.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Dallas, TX
