About the Role:
We have an urgent opening for a SailPoint JAVA API position with our client, Capital One, in Richmond, VA. This role is crucial for production support of the access platform, focusing on identifying and troubleshooting incidents related to provisioning, application connectivity, and custom workflows.
Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Identify and troubleshoot incidents related to the access platform.
- Analyze code defects to proactively prevent incidents and apply necessary code fixes.
- Understand the end-to-end integration between applications and the core SailPoint product, given the extensive customizations.
- Analyze, understand, and apply necessary fixes to integrations.
- Perform production support for all access platform functionalities.
- Focus on provisioning, application connectivity, and building custom workflows.
Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java, specifically for API integrations.
- Strong SQL skills, including writing Stored Procedures for troubleshooting and fixes.
- Experience with SailPoint.
- Understanding of how things are provisioned and application connectivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience in L3 production support.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
