Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Application Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. This role requires hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service (FSL), AI, and the SFDC Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, configuration, customization, and development.
- Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce features, including Sales Cloud, CPQ/quoting tools, Service & FSL Cloud, Experience Cloud, and SFMC or Pardot.
- Leverage Salesforce Einstein Platform for advanced analytics and AI-driven insights.
- Implement and manage version control and CI/CD processes using tools like Copado and Github.
- Design and manage Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and development methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends.
- Ensure security and compliance considerations are addressed in all Salesforce implementations.
Qualifications:
- Typically 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect, Certified System Architect, Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Extensive implementation experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ/quoting tools, Service & FSL Cloud, Experience Cloud, SFMC or Pardot.
- Strong knowledge/experience with Salesforce Einstein Platform.
- Proficiency in version control and CI/CD implementations (Copado, Github).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of security and compliance in Salesforce implementations.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120 – $160 per year (Estimated)
