Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Application Architect to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is an onsite position with a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce application architecture and a strong understanding of various Salesforce clouds and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Salesforce development methodologies, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Lead and guide development teams, offering technical direction, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members.
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to agile development methodologies and best practices.
- Oversee security and compliance considerations within Salesforce implementations.
Technical Expertise Required
- Extensive experience working with the Salesforce platform, including a thorough understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service (FSL).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Strong implementation experience in Sales Cloud, CPQ/quoting tools, Service & FSL Cloud, Experience Cloud, SFMC or Pardot.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with the Salesforce Einstein Platform for AI capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of version control and CI/CD implementations (e.g., Copado, Github) and monitoring deployments.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

- Rate: $100/hr C2C OR $85/hr W2
