Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect for a long-term contract opportunity. This role is crucial for defining and driving the technical roadmap for our Salesforce programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture and technical roadmap for Salesforce programs.
- Drive design decisions for data, integration, security, and non-functional requirements.
- Establish best practices, reference architectures, and governance standards for delivery teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders for estimations and delivery planning.
- Review existing implementations to improve performance, security, and scalability.
- Ensure deployment quality through CI/CD processes (Copado).
Required Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture (API-led and event-driven patterns).
- Experience with enterprise implementations, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Strong documentation skills (HLD/LLD) and architecture governance.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Application Architect
Additional Information
This is a long-term contract position with a duration of 12+ months. The role requires a strong understanding of enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and best practices.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100 – $150 per year (Estimated)
