Role: Salesforce Architect (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Architect to join our enterprise technology team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with expertise in providing design, solutions, guidance, and best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem, including but not limited to Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce. This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions that support our business objectives and drive intelligent customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, with a focus on Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Define data models, integration strategies, and AI-driven automation frameworks to enhance customer and agent experiences.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver innovative, user-centric Salesforce applications.
- Provide architectural guidance and governance for Salesforce development and configuration.
- Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform innovations and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices, including CI/CD, performance optimization, and data quality.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform), Einstein AI, and Agentforce.
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise-grade Salesforce architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration (MuleSoft, APIs), and real-time data streaming.
- Experience implementing AI-powered solutions using Einstein for automation, personalization, and predictive analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to architect intelligent agent experiences using Agentforce and related tools.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Life Sciences, Healthcare).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including source control (Git), CI/CD tools, and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with third-party tools and AppExchange packages that enhance Salesforce capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
- Salesforce Technical Architect experience.
- Experience in Trackwise Digital (Nice to Have).
- Experience with SLC documentation for Quality Critical Applications.
- In-depth understanding of technical decision-making rationale.
- Practical experience in release management, with a Waterfall approach.
Special Requirements
Onsite position in Chicago, IL. Need only local profiles. Visa status: GC or Citizen preferred. Experience in Trackwise Digital is a plus. Experience with SLC documentation for Quality Critical Applications. In-depth technology understanding for technical decisions. Practical experience in release management with Waterfall approach.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 per year
