Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a Workday-integrated environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce platform architecture (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) along with proven experience in integrating Salesforce with Workday (HCM/Finance) using API-led and middleware-based approaches (MuleSoft/Boomi).
This role requires ownership of end-to-end solution architecture, including data modeling, security, scalability, and integration strategy, while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders. The candidate should be hands-on, capable of driving best practices, and ensuring seamless data synchronization and performance across systems in a complex enterprise ecosystem.
Onsite presence in Pleasanton is required.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Experience with Workday integration (HCM/Finance) using API-led and middleware approaches (MuleSoft/Boomi).
- Expertise in data modeling, security, and scalability within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience and ability to drive best practices.
- Onsite presence in Pleasanton, CA is mandatory.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
