Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect to join our team. This role involves analyzing requirements, designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, and providing technical leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce development, architecture, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop complex solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Conduct requirements analysis and business process design.
- Utilize Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, and Salesforce Administration tools.
- Apply advanced architectural patterns and ensure adherence to best test practices.
- Guide the development team on appropriate use of platform technology.
- Leverage object-oriented design patterns and languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, and Ruby.
- Implement data migration strategies and utilize extract, transform, load (ETL) tools.
- Design and implement general mobile solutions and architecture, understanding on-platform mobile solutions.
- Work with Salesforce Shield and Lightning components.
- Implement Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Utilize GITHUB/BitBucket for version control solutions.
- Apply Agile Methodologies in project execution.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Salesforce Technical Architect/Application Architect certification.
- Proven experience with requirements analysis and business process design.
- Extensive experience in Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, SOSL, SOQL, Salesforce Admin, and advanced architectural patterns.
- Strong understanding and experience with all configuration aspects of Salesforce, including development.
- Experience in guiding development teams on appropriate use of platform technology.
- Experience with object-oriented design patterns and languages (Apex, Java, JavaScript, C#, Ruby).
- Experience in data migration strategies and ETL tools.
- Experience in general mobile solutions and architecture.
- Experience using Shield and Lightning.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in accessibility laws and WCAG 2.1 compliance.
- Experience with GITHUB/BitBucket version control solutions.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $197,600 – $239,200 per year (Estimated)
