Job Description: Salesforce Architect – Banking Domain
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking and financial domain, with proven experience in Salesforce Org Migration and Data Migration projects. This is an onsite position located in Atlanta, GA, and local candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for banking clients.
- Oversee and execute complex Salesforce Org Migrations and Data Migrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Salesforce platform usage.
- Ensure the successful integration of Salesforce with other banking systems.
- Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect.
- Extensive experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and completing Salesforce Org Migrations.
- Expertise in Salesforce Data Migration strategies and tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.
- Local to Atlanta, GA preferred.
