Job Description: Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining scalable architecture, ensuring best practices, and driving technical excellence across Salesforce implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, as well as expertise in integration patterns and APIs.

  • Design and develop end-to-end Salesforce architecture across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring best practices and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Define and enforce Salesforce governance, security policies, and data management standards.
  • Oversee integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware tools, and custom development.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance tuning.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
  • Identify and manage technical risks and complex issue resolution.
  • Document architecture designs, technical specifications, and system configurations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect OR Senior Salesforce Developer with architecture responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative and programmatic development.
  • Expertise in integration patterns, APIs, and middleware tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and identity management.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce DX.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Salesforce Architect Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) OR
  • Application Architect OR

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 per year (Estimated)
