Job Title: Salesforce BSA with ServiceMax exp
Quantum world Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with ServiceMax experience for a remote, full-time opportunity. This role is crucial for supporting one of their clients in the healthcare industry, requiring mandatory healthcare experience and understanding of HIPAA, FDA, or SOX compliance. The successful candidate will partner with Product Owners, SMEs, and Business Stakeholders to elicit, document, and refine business and technical requirements within an Agile delivery framework. They will actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization sessions, raising risks and dependencies with urgency.
The BSA will work across a mix of sustainment, enhancement, and project initiatives in a global environment, managing competing priorities while ensuring timely execution with minimal supervision. A key aspect of this role involves leading offshore and remote teams to ensure clarity of deliverables, adherence to best practices, and on-time task completion. The candidate will also be responsible for authoring, reviewing, and executing test scripts for integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, collaborating with QA teams to promote automation and performance testing initiatives.
Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills are essential for influencing decision-making, managing ambiguity, and building consensus across teams. The role encourages innovation and continuous learning, including conducting proof-of-concepts (POCs), presenting findings, and evaluating new Salesforce and ServiceMax features. Hands-on Salesforce configuration, administration, and release management leveraging deep platform knowledge are expected. The BSA will partner with functional leads and system owners to align system capabilities with business objectives across global Field Service and Service Cloud operations. They will also investigate data and process issues, design solutions, and ensure accuracy and compliance in system changes. Occasional off-hours support may be required for critical system updates or global team coordination.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of direct Salesforce configuration and administration experience.
- 5+ years in a Business Systems Analyst or consultant role within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Service Cloud, Case Management, and Call Center processes.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical device, healthcare, life sciences) with understanding of HIPAA, FDA, or SOX compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies, change management, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Quip, Microsoft Teams, and ValGenesis.
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator Certifications required.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional and offshore teams.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
