Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves leading industry technical support platforms, with a focus on functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud. You will be responsible for end-to-end stakeholder management, from requirement gathering to deployment.

  • Experience with leading industry technical support platforms, including functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
  • End-to-end stakeholder management, covering requirement collection, prioritization, development, and deployment cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the successful rollout of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements for the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business needs.
  • Manage the Salesforce product backlog and prioritize features based on business value.
  • Work closely with developers and administrators to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Monitor Salesforce performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $50 – $70 per year

Location: Schaumburg, IL
