Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team for an onsite position in Schaumburg, IL. This role involves leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and end-to-end stakeholder management to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with leading industry technical support platforms, including functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, etc.).
- Familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
- Manage the entire stakeholder lifecycle, from requirement gathering and prioritization through development and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather detailed business requirements.
- Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Participate in testing phases, including user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of ITIL best practices for incident, problem, change, and request management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
