Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires strong analytical skills, Salesforce functional expertise, and experience supporting CRM implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions including configuration, workflows, and process improvements.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications for development teams.
- Support design and implementation of solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce modules.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and CRM data management.
Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Salesforce BSA.
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM platform.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with UAT coordination and test case creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst).
- Experience with data migration, integrations, or APIs.
- Familiarity with Lightning Experience, reports, dashboards, and automation tools (Flows).
- Prior experience working with enterprise CRM transformations.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
