Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Community Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities) solutions. This role is crucial for translating business and customer engagement requirements into robust end-to-end community architectures, ensuring alignment with Salesforce best practices, security standards, and enterprise integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations, encompassing customer, partner, and employee communities.
- Define comprehensive community architecture blueprints, including data models, security models, sharing rules, and performance considerations.
- Design scalable and reusable Experience Cloud components utilizing LWC, Apex, and declarative capabilities.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce governor limits, performance best practices, and scalability requirements.
- Functional & Technical Leadership: Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and solution architecture documents.
- Provide architectural oversight and guidance to development teams through design reviews, code reviews, and architectural governance processes.
- Ensure minimal cross-org impact and promote sustainable customization patterns.
- Partner closely with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and responsive community experiences.
- Integration & Platform Strategy: Architect seamless integrations between Experience Cloud and Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, Health Cloud) as well as external systems (e.g., MuleSoft, APIs, event-driven integrations).
- Collaborate with enterprise architects on multi-cloud Salesforce strategies.
- Define and implement CI/CD and DevOps standards for Experience Cloud deployments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud (Communities).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud features, capabilities, and limitations.
- Expertise in LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and declarative configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft).
- Strong understanding of security models, sharing rules, and governor limits.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Platform Developer, Certified Architect) are highly desirable.

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
