Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce CPQ Technical Lead Developer or Architect to join our team. This is a remote position with a focus on leveraging your expertise in Salesforce CPQ to drive innovative solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and architectural design, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of Salesforce CPQ within complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Hands-on development using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), and Force.com APIs.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including quoting processes, product configuration, pricing methods, pricing bundles, and quoting flows (Amendments, Add-ons, Renewals).
  • Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications, such as DocuSign, for document generation, contract lifecycle management, and electronic signatures.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce CPQ and its integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ features, releases, and industry trends.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical expertise to the team.

Job Requirements:

  • 10 years of IT experience with a strong focus on Salesforce CPQ development.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ Cloud, including deep understanding of the quoting process, Product Configuration and pricing methods, pricing bundles, and Quoting flow – Amendments, Add-ons, Renewals & workflows.
  • Extensive experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce CPQ capabilities, Contract Management, Billing and Order Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of JavaScript experience for customization.
  • Experience in JS for customization.
  • Good to have work knowledge in CPQ integration with third-party applications in areas of document generation, Contract Life cycle and electronic signature such as DocuSign.
  • Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and learn on the job.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with distributed teams to facilitate effective and quality deliveries.
  • Display good understanding of Salesforce CPQ and its limitations and clearly communicate to project stakeholders.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $180,000 per year (Estimated)
