Position Summary
Hanstaffing is looking for a forward-thinking Salesforce Developer with specialized expertise in AgentForce AI for a long-term remote contract. As the Salesforce ecosystem evolves toward autonomous agents and advanced AI integration, this role sits at the forefront of innovation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex Salesforce applications while implementing cutting-edge AI frameworks to enhance business automation and user experience.
Technical Core Competencies
- Advanced development of Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and scheduled jobs.
- Expertise in asynchronous processing including Queueable and Platform Events.
- High proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and UI/UX customization to create intuitive interfaces.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein, and Prompt Builder.
- Successful implementation of at least 3 Agentforce projects.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, grounding, and embeddings.
- Experience with conversational orchestration and AI agent frameworks.
- Integration expertise using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication flows (OAuth, JWT).
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture and Change Data Capture (CDC).
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are highly preferred.
- Salesforce Trailhead Agent Blazer Legend 2026 status.
- Experience with Integration middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud and OmniStudio.
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, Git, Azure DevOps, or Copado.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $180,000 – $260,000 per year (Estimated)
