Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and certified Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic technical team in Alpharetta, GA. This is a critical, high-impact role requiring a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically focusing on the newly released Agentforce capabilities. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions that leverage the full power of the Salesforce platform to drive business value and operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking developer who is passionate about AI-driven automation and staying at the forefront of CRM technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet complex business requirements.
- Implement and configure Agentforce to automate customer interactions, improve service efficiency, and integrate AI-driven workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with various third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Manage and optimize CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) setups to enhance communication workflows within the Service Cloud environment.
- Build and maintain complex automation using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and advanced Validation Rules.
- Oversee CRM data migration projects, with a specific focus on transitioning data from legacy systems like Microsoft Dynamics into Salesforce.
- Utilize modern DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Git for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and business analysts, in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software increments.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and custom code.
Technical Requirements
- Mandatory Agentforce certification and proven hands-on experience with the tool is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
- Extensive experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud development within an enterprise-level environment.
- Strong proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, controllers, and asynchronous processing.
- Expertise in modern frontend frameworks, specifically Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven track record of successful API integrations and complex data migration projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security models, including user permissions, profiles, and sharing rules.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Salary: $145,000 – $185,000 per year (Estimated)
