Position Summary
Arbor Teksystems is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with over 12 years of professional experience to join our team for a high-impact contract role. This position is based in Alpharetta, GA or New York City, NY, and is open only to local candidates. The successful candidate will be a hands-on programmer dedicated to delivering high-quality code and designing end-to-end CRM solutions that integrate seamlessly with our in-house infrastructure. This role requires a deep technical background and the ability to work effectively within a global, distributed team environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Work closely with development leads and architecture teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, utilizing tools like Workbench for testing and validation.
- Implement and manage DevOps processes using CI/CD tools such as Flosum, Jenkins, or similar automation frameworks.
- Utilize Gen-AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance developer productivity and code quality.
- Manage large-scale data migrations and exports, ensuring data integrity between Salesforce and external data lakes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, serving as the primary point of contact for platform-related challenges.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Expert-level proficiency in LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their application within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with Salesforce Metadata API and ANT migration tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and modern software design patterns.
- Prior experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services environments is highly desirable.
Education and Professional Standards
- BE/ME/BSC/MSC in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a global setting.
- Commitment to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Special Requirements
Only Local Candidates (No relocation); Only H1B Candidates; Wealth Management/Financial domain experience preferred.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $85 – $110 per year (Estimated)
