Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on coding and development experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support business requirements. This role requires deep expertise in Apex, Lightning components, integrations, and scalable application design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura).
  • Build scalable and high-performance applications aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation tools.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system defects.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in deployment processes using CI/CD tools.
  • Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Apex programming
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL/SOSL
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of third-party integrations (MuleSoft or similar).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Strong, AR
