Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable applications, integrating Salesforce with external systems, and optimizing business processes to enhance CRM capabilities. This is an onsite position located in Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Develop triggers, classes, batch jobs, and scheduled processes in Apex.
  • Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins.
  • Perform data migration using Data Loader and ETL tools.
  • Write and execute unit tests ensuring 75%+ code coverage.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of development and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in: Apex Programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL, Salesforce Flows & Process Builder.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
  • Hands-on experience with Git-based version control.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX.
  • Experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.

Education & Soft Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $80 per year
